Privacy Policy
This Policy describes how Kavacheon collects, uses, stores, and protects information submitted through kavacheon.com. We collect only what is necessary to operate the site and communicate with you.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information only when you voluntarily provide it through our website forms, or when it is automatically transmitted as part of your browser request.
Waitlist Signup
When you join our early access waitlist, we collect:
- Email address: Used to notify you of early access and product updates
- IP address: Collected automatically via Cloudflare infrastructure for rate limiting and fraud prevention. Not used for tracking or profiling.
- Cloudflare Turnstile interaction data: A CAPTCHA challenge response used to verify you are not an automated bot. Turnstile is operated by Cloudflare, Inc. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details on how they process this data.
Contact Form
When you submit a message through our Contact page, we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Organization (optional)
- Message content
- IP address: For rate limiting only
- Cloudflare Turnstile response
Automatically Collected Data
Cloudflare, which serves this website, may collect standard web log data including IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, and request timestamps as part of its CDN and security services. This data is processed under Cloudflare's privacy practices, not ours. We do not operate independent analytics or tracking on this site.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Early access notifications: We will email waitlist subscribers when early access opens.
- Product updates: Infrequent communications about platform development milestones.
- Responding to contact inquiries: We use name, email, and message to reply to your submission.
- Security and abuse prevention: IP addresses are used solely for rate limiting (maximum 5 requests per hour per IP) and do not inform any other decision.
We do not use your information for advertising. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party.
3. Data Storage and Retention
All user-submitted data is stored in Cloudflare KV (Cloudflare's key-value storage infrastructure), operated within U.S.-based data centers.
- Waitlist email addresses: Retained until you request deletion or until the waitlist program concludes.
- Contact form submissions: Retained for up to 24 months from submission date.
- IP rate limit records: Automatically expire after 1 hour. Not retained beyond that window.
We do not transfer your data to systems outside of Cloudflare's infrastructure without your consent.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate this website:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: CDN, DDoS protection, Bot Fight Mode, Pages hosting, KV storage, Turnstile CAPTCHA. Cloudflare processes request data in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts: Typography loaded from Google's servers. Google may receive your IP address as part of the font request. See Google's Privacy Policy.
We do not use advertising networks, social tracking pixels, session recording tools, or behavioral analytics platforms.
5. Cookies and Tracking
Kavacheon does not set first-party cookies. We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or behavioral profiling.
Cloudflare may set cookies on your device as part of its security and CDN operations (for example, to support Bot Fight Mode and Turnstile). These cookies are set by Cloudflare, not by Kavacheon, and are governed by Cloudflare's privacy practices.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
GDPR (EU / UK Residents)
Right to access, correct, or erase your data. Right to data portability. Right to restrict or object to processing. Right to withdraw consent at any time.
CCPA (California Residents)
Right to know what personal information is collected. Right to delete personal information. Right to opt out of sale (we do not sell data). Right to non-discrimination for exercising rights.
To exercise any of these rights, submit a request via our Contact page or email info@kavacheon.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will respond within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
Kavacheon is an enterprise platform intended for use by adults and organizations. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 13 (or 16 where applicable under GDPR). If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us immediately and we will delete it.
8. International Data Transfers
If you access this website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our infrastructure is operated. By submitting information through this site, you acknowledge this transfer. We rely on Cloudflare's Standard Contractual Clauses for any transfers involving EU personal data.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify waitlist subscribers. Continued use of the site after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
